Help the most at need states. Economically.

Hawaii and mississipi
First hawaii; Its an easier fix? Maybe.
Dependant on tourism and surrounded by a vast ocean. Isolated and resource limited.
Assets. Surrounded by a vital resource(s)- water to be desalinated. Climate- very attractive for tourism. Culture- unique immersive non substance based cultural opportunities. Biodiversity and environment. There is tremendous opportunity for research in the aloha state. The only rainforest in the united states (unless cuba ever joins up with Florida.)
Limits small area minimal opportunity for further property development. Sensative environment needs to be preserved. Isolated.
Combined opportunity solutions.
Cultural development (new sporting opportunities) i can gaurantee the native hawains have traditional games no one knows about. There was a movie that had hawain urban rollerball in it. Might be a good idea? Was it indoor?
Someone please check. Im busy this week. Its an opportunity for revenue to get hawaii out of debt and back to prosperity

That state is held hostage by a hive of ultra rich liberals. No opportunity abounds until they're purged.

Hawaii could use some diversification of their economy. Tech, financial services, manufacturing, maybe more Ag.
exchrist · 31-35
@Quetzalcoatlus ok thats helpful does it have favorable tax status/zoning? Perhaps a commercial oil plateform could be built nearby an above ocean mall kinda thing?

@exchrist desalinization and hemp production. Good starts. Always agriculture desalinization public transit and farmers market incentives. These strategies always work.
