What will unite humanity?

Will it take massive natural disasters and tragedies for us to finally put aside our differences in caste, religion, race, and geography and unite in a needto survive? Or will we be sufficiently inspired by love, empathy, and compassion to do so?

yes i think it will take another catastrophe of some kind to unite us. whether a 911 (God forbid) or a weather catastrophe, or a civil war, it will have to be big.

@Renkon any attack on the US unprovoked will be enough. 911 left a life long mark on this country. i would expect something of that magnitude because the instigators have no respect for us
