Not trying to start anything nor do I have any agenda with this question. Genuinely curious how people feel about it.

I live in a place where our cops close for lunch to boil the potatoes and then go home at 5pm.. Then we are left to defend for ourselves.. They have a car now thankfully, it used to be bicycles..
