Birth rite citizenship is a constitutional RIGHT. Just as much is the right to bare arms or practice non Christian religion is.

Sure, but the Constitution is just a piece of paper. It only matters if the people in power care enough to enforce the rules. Right now, America is controlled by fascist Republicans who couldn't care less about the Constitution. So what's written on it means nothing.
