I'm coming off weed addiction if Im honest. I only took it 'responsibly' at the end of the day, but I really pushed it too far. I have a headache.

I just did it way too often. It's legal in my state. any tips? I took Panadol already

Have raw cacao powder instead.
Water?
Dehydration can cause cramps and/or headaches.
Put some electrolytes in it, or a little salt if you have none - for better absorbtion.
Its also quicker absorbed if its body temp, not cold.

Im not sure if this is up your alley but....amino acids.

Its not a main stream, well known thing, but on videos on health recovery, some stuff came up about overcoming addiction and how some vitamins and aminos have been shown to increase addiction reversal on some pretty serious drugs.

I think you can get them in capsules and powder forms. Powder tastes 'yeaugh' - i take it like a "shot" for muscle recovery.
But i imagine itd be worth a try.

Also - vitamin D. Vit D effects ALL bodily systems and is a kinda super healer. We all lack it.
So get some sun - 20 min a day - it's free, and studies are showing it speeds up all sorts of recovery.

Good luck 💪👍

I've reached a point where I can go on or off of weed at will. Prior to starting smoking it again in 12/2023, I was off weed for 11 years. I was also off weed for the last 3 months of 2025 and am off now, last having smoked at the beginning of August 2026. I'll probably start again later this year.

Maybe taper off rather than cold turkey?

Well that's the outcome , when we don't have self control on things .
