👀 it's the internet. Genuinely, it doesn't matter what a complete stranger thinks of you.

Online, if you care about them, talk with them. See if they will listen. My advice regardless if online or not if you care about them. Be prepared, they don't have to agree with you. Now this, especially online, if it's someone who just has a random idea of you then pay it no mind.
