That’s a tough one. Once someone makes you a part of something they’re involved in, by telling you about it and asking your opinion, if you’re not prepared to give an honest answer, sometimes the best you can say is, "I don’t feel qualified to comment."

Anyone insisting beyond that is pretty much giving permission to hurt their feelings. 🥺
