Probably too early in the morning for this but ..

If one gets a brain transplant, would they wake up to be who there were before or would they be the one they got the brain from?
In other words , is our brain
our sole ,
our personality,
all we are?

Assuming the possibility of a total brain transplant, the person who woke up would be the donor of the brain, just in a new body. All we are is in the brain.

@Niloo I imagine there would be a pretty steep learning curve learning to drive a new body, as each one is a custom job with its own quirks and kinks.
