I give wrong directions to tourists on purpose if they can’t correctly pronounce the destination.

And here in Cornwall some place names are Celtic rather than standard English.

@Morvoren To be fair, when we were living in London, we twice tried to get to Cornwall for a weekend, but both times the car chose to break down rather than face ... Cornwall.
I bow to its superior mechanical foreknowledge.
