How 'highly strung' are you?

My Dad says I'm highly strung but I think he's just being insensitive! I can be excitable, even restless, but never uptight, or het up, or even temperamental. So I'm not so clearly defined, I guess!

Depends on the situation and what's been going on in other areas of my life. I've had days when I was "high strung", but that's just part of the normal ups and downs of life, which I bet is going on with you too is all. Also, a better phrase really might be excitable and restless.

I am very constant on the outside. My mind is very active and hyper aware.
I just don’t show it outwardly. However, sudden movements out of the corner of my eyes cause me to turn quickly. They startle me.
