am I a minority in this belief

like I value my own safety very little someone said that I should think about my safety when I go out running or jogging when it’s dark in the middle of nowhere I mean if I die it’s because it’s my time death is an inevitability so if I die then it was my destiny to die at that time am I wrong for thinking this way

Yes. I think every decision you make in the present is going to contribute to some type of inevitable ending in the future. We’re smart enough to understand the practical mechanism of things, something called “common sense”. Wrong decisions lead to wrong consequences.

Reckless with your life in many ways. If you don't care for your self and safety, nobody else will. There's a difference between putting yourself at risk and something happening despite keeping yourself safe as possible.

Yes, that sort of thinking will get you injured or killed when you can take simple preventative measures to avoid that. There is no "greater destiny" or guiding force in life. What you see is what you get.

I used to be this way because I didn’t care if I died. Sadly a lot worse than dying can happen to you in unsafe situations . Be safe .
