Why should prostitution be legalized?
Yes, it's our right to do whatever we wish to do with our bodies; however, the psychological state of neglect and abuse is in question of the provider.

Because then the people in that industry can get worker protections and medical care. Working in illegal fields means working for criminals and thus you are more likely to be abused. Having it legal means you would be able to sue if abused, getting regular STD testing, and possibly the ability to do good client screening.
