How is your day going so far?

Not great.

Allergies are irritated because of my mother in laws incessant cigarette smoke...cant sleep because I feel slightly nauseous...and my dog keeps making noises oustide which wake me up (she has a doggy door and likes to go out into the fenced area to dig against the house foundation 😑 ).

Mixed. Spent some time with my mother, who is in hospice and fading. Tried to help aunt with dementia understand her excellent financial situation. Took a nice walk in the woods. Made progress on a lesson I have to teach. Tomorrow will be better as I take my wife on a road trip to look at Texas wildflowers.
