It depends. Email is good for a written record. But nothing beats a phone call to have the best depth of understanding.

I think it's funny that we still refer to our pocket communication devices as "phones" when hardly anybody speaks on them anymore (except to summon google/bixby/siri/alexa or the like)

I like the initial conversation to start by text where we both can reply at our own leisure. Then if you really want to talk, I prefer phone or whatsap

I run my own business and prefer to email or text. I have to send quotes and it’s easier to email.
where is the option "by phone with a text to email"?
