why do i seek validation from men

i noticed i tend to seek out compliments from men when in reality, the person who should love themselves the most is myself.

i feel so lost in myself that i have lost my morals and self respect just by seeking compliments from men. it’s such a temporary solution to this feeling and i want to change. i want to start loving myself and how i look. i want to start loving the person that i deserve to be

You keep saying i want to start. What's stopping you? Sounds like you know what needs to be done. Just do it love! Have some self respect, some morals, and know that you are more than just a body, or looks, or a sex symbol. If you were to ever become a mother how would you want to be seen in the eyes of your children? Be someone that YOU can be proud of.
