Anyone else from experienceproject?

@Sapio I tried that just now, but it says I need some kind of export zip file or something, which I don't have. I havent been on the website since a good little while before they shut down :( Unless there's another way to get that?

@vannagail the zip file is how they send it to you. It's a compressed file that you download to your computer and then unzip or open up.

@vannagail I went back and I get what you're saying now. If you have the email you used when you had that account, I suggest contacting support to see if it is still retrievable.

I downloaded my EP data before the site closed and uploaded the zip to here.

@Sapio SW support won't be able to help with anything on EP. If a backup still exists somewhere, only EP support will have access to it and I highly doubt they'll still read their emails 8 years after closing, if the domain is even registered still.

@NerdyPotato The site is no longer on the Internet, so I'd say that anything that was there is long gone now.

@HootyTheNightOwl I would be surprised if they haven't kept a private backup after all those years of work on it, but it will be near impossible to get in touch with the team now and they certainly aren't going to restore it (not even privately) to export one more profile.
