Most of it is interesting. I don't travel, so I don't have the real experience but I always imagined how I would suddenly realize how many things I'd miss from home if I moved elsewhere. Sometimes you come across these things anyway, for example when you look up recipes. I still don't really know what the hell all-purpose flour is. 😆 Or caster sugar and what it is used for. We only have granulated and powdered sugar.

@CrazyMusicLover Caster sugar is finely granulated sugar. It is perfect for making meringues. In the USA, you can sometimes find it in stores as "Superfine Sugar". Or, you can make it at home by putting regular granulated sugar into a coffee grinder or food processor or blender till it is finely ground but not powdery. Years ago, this type of sugar was often put into a caster, or shaker, and sprinkled on fresh fruits. Hence the name, Caster Sugar.

@CrazyMusicLover All purpose flour is Plain flour in the UK as opposed to self raising or bread flour..
