What's with these "Love is Beautiful" catfish accounts we've been getting lately?

I've seen at least two within the past week. Those could be the only ones (for now, lol), but two separate new accounts have come on here making their first post with the title "Love is Beautiful," followed by two "love" emojis and then posting pics of amateur porn stars that are really not hard to look up with a quick reverse image search. I suppose neither outright claimed to be the person in the pics they post. But with the most recent one from earlier today, after looking the images up, I commented that I didn't see what posting pics of a porn star, who I mentioned by name, has to do with love. They deleted my comment and blocked me, so they're obviously catfishing. It's just as obvious these accounts or by the same person, if not bot accounts. All of this is nothing new here, I know. What I don't get is, why the whole "Love is Beautiful" thing? It's a little conspicuous when you start two separate accounts close together and make very similar posts right off the bat. Just saying. 😆
