Narcissistic personality disorder ( though they will fake other diagnoses for attention they have no real ones usually )

@Idontbelonghere is that rare? I know Bipolar and BPD/EUPD people- but not NPD so much… Maunchausens is another one, where people fake medical conditions for attention-sympathy. Maunchausens By Proxy is when they make other folks ill. But recently I have heard of a “new” one; Maunchausens By Internet; might fit catfish?
