Pfuzylogic All I know is if they cut him down abruptly and it broke the bones that’s not exactly preserving the evidence. I’d be more interested in knowing if this is the case, if so were being negligent with the preservation of the body?
If it’s not the case then why would someone break their bones then kill themselves in a tree?
And again HOW were they able to break their bones and hang themselves? Because that’s more akin to murder, it doesn’t seem feasible. Most people who are suicidal want to end their pain. It’s extremely rare when someone who feels that way wants to create even more pain before they die.
If the bones were broken beforehand it sounds more like murder and not suicide. If they were broken after is this technically considered tampering of evidence or loss of evidence through negligence?
It will be interesting to see what other evidence they have. Is there even a suicide note involved in this?
