Black teenager, Ralph Yarl, was shot and seriously wounded for ringing the wrong doorbell

The attacker was white, and has been released without charge.

So, SWers, what did he do to deserve this?

Charges are being brought. And more could come. But for starters it's felony assault. Attempted murder is probably waiting based on what other information they can gather.
