Makes no damn sense!!!!

Our junior brown shirt mayor has cut the local emergency services out. No more medivac oooorrr ambulance service in my town. Have to go to the next town over for that. Yet he has doubled law enforcement and off-duty cop presence. Does this make sense to you? Why/why not?
