how many joints do you have to smoke to become a menace to society?

I think eating it might be best for asthmatics although it does tend to open the airways a bit when smoking. I wish there was weed around like 40 years ago it was so much better.

Don't smoke it in public, then society won't deem it a menace.
It's the equivalent of me walking around spraying beer on people, I'm sure that would be seen as antisocial too.

As long as you're smoking more than one joint while in the back seat of a cop car, you would not be a menace to society.
