It was never a better place, you were just younger with less responsibility.

We are always more technologically advanced than the era before. Life has been getting exponentially easier every few years since all the way back when we invented spears.

We just complain about the same shit and pass it to our children.

@GuyWithOpinions no, this war is different from your imagination of history. This is today's war and it's real. Thatcherism put up the checkpoints and made the wars and you don't understand what that's got to do with crash deaths, forest fires and empty aquifers. Huh? Conservative on!

@Roundandroundwego there has always been war. You could even say its apart of human culture. The only time the world has experienced peace is 200 years with the roman empire and roughly 50 years after WW2. As long as there has been governments there have been riots. As long as there have been lords and societies, there has been oppression. Nothing ia new but our technology. The system of government doesnt matter.

The has been forrest fires since there has been foliage on the planet. It even froze over a few times. We dont control that.

@GuyWithOpinions no, there's often been peace, but you don't want that! Everyone understands. The brutal billion, Americans and their EU lapdogs, are unable to grasp that and anyway would impose Armageddon to avoid sharing the world in peace. Peace is normal, just not for you, for the mainstream West with its mindset.

@Roundandroundwego there has been peace among some regions here and there but there has always been a conflict somewhere else. There was only peace in the roman era because they killed everyone who stood against them. America is going to implode due to coruption and greed. Just like most other nations.

Humans experience empathy by witnessing the suffering of others. I think this is why politicians are easily able to sent people to war and allow some to starve. They dont know life as a common man yet we follow them becauase its expected of us. I think power without wisdom always leads to greed.

I dont think humanity is fit to govern itself. I think we need to forget these imaginary lines in the sand we call nations and turn away from our archaic forms of government and currencies.

@Roundandroundwego weve had factories for over 100 years. We mass produce so much waste we cant keep up with it. Shouldnt everyone have thier basic needs met worldwide by now?
