Humans were never meant to be this busy that’s why everybody is anxious and depressed.

That's a personal choice. You decided at some point that you wanted, or needed, a certain amount of money to achieve a lifestyle you find comfortable, and you pursued a job that would bring you enough in earnings to accomplish that.

There ARE people who are accustomed to a LOT less, and they seem to be happy enough.

I was thinking this last night. Life is getting progressively more complicated. Surely we are hitting our limit for things we need to be conscious of every moment of the day. Its no wonder we need stillness in order to cope.

Some people get more depressed when they have too much free time to dwell on stuff though. 😬

I mean, stuff like this doesn't sound exactly like "too busy" problem: 😆

I do think this from time to time when I want to hide in a dark corner and pretend I dont exist.

If you were to believe some faiths, we were meant to toil til death to be minutely worthy of some faint promise of redemption when we die.

Yay

Yea people need to relax.

Some are working like human machines.

A busy mind doesn’t dwell on nonsense.
