Loving aloneness, without it being in retaliation to disappointment and betrayal, is special and peaceful.

I want that again.

That poetic passionate love of solitude untainted by what others have done.

Love that exceeds Bukowski contempt.

Love that is silent in thoughts but overflowing in my heart.

I want that freedom in love, in my aloneness.

In this state of aloneness, one can cultivate a sense of love and acceptance for themselves, flaws and all. It's a chance to practice self-compassion, forgive oneself for past mistakes, and work on becoming the best version of themselves. 😀
I finally found this place 🖤
What do you mean?
@Miram I don't know the solution either but can I make a suggestion to try out?

@SinlessOnslaught Say what you think, not what you want me to think
@Miram Yes Mimi... I think it may be worth exploring the possibility of a balance between the two types of being alone.

@Miram Have a day for yourself, some alone time

You misunderstood my thread.

This isn't about not having alone time.

It is about the lack of joy in it, which I used to experience.

Also, being in a spa isn't my style of spending time alone. Too many people in a spa.
