How would you take this...

If your friend told you that she hears voices saying she is ugly and that the voice is laughing at her, and she says she seen a flash of vision that looked like demonic symbols and what she called the devil laughing and she says his face was red with horns.

There is a gal here who has delusions of being connected to God because of having hallucinations, and she interprets everything through a strong Christian background...

So I think the friend is likely experiencing episodes of hallucinations due to some condition, but I'd have her exorcised to see if it helped.
