I personally believe transgender men are taking rights away from women

Rights as in our rights to have women sports, women bathrooms, little known fact, we already have a class of sports that totally accepts anyone, it's been falsely identified as the " men's League " but in all reality it's the world's league, if I was skilled enough in chess I could go for the world title against Magnus Carlson, why don't they just stick to where the true equality is? Instead of going to the women's league and breaking all the world records that true born women have strived their whole lives to accomplish

why not let trans athletes compete against other trans athletes. thats an equal playing field. not some 6'4, 250 pound dude who has decided he is female in order to break all the womens records.
@YourMomsSecretCrush that's never happened.

@YourMomsSecretCrush Because it was never about equality.

@YourMomsSecretCrush You would think true athletes (regardless of gender) would want fair competition. No matter what we do in life, we can improve ONLY by challenging ourselves.

Like try to compete against and maybe conquer someone or something that is just above our level. Whether sports, intellectual pursuits, arts, etc.

BUT, the competition should be fair.
@Punches and that's why there's all kinds of committees protecting the integrity of and gatekeeping entry into competitions.

@NerdyPotato I think the isolated incidents were probably orchestrated to create controversy.
Because yeah under normal circumstances they are not going to just allow competitors who do have unfair advantages.
@Punches there have been no incidents of unfair advantages though. The controversial ones have been thoroughly debunked.

@YourMomsSecretCrush You got a point there and I like your idea

@NerdyPotato What? I’ve read many stories where a trans mtf athlete has competed in sports such as endurance events and swimming and performed exceedingly well.

The maths will not lie. If the percentages of trans athletes and those medaling don’t match up at all, it’s obvious why
@BeefySenpie yes, but that was not because they were transgender. But if you're worried about women like Leah Thomas, that's a good argument to not force transgender girls through male puberty.
