What was affordable 30 years ago, that only rich people can now afford?

@HotPizza71 I remember how holidays once meant going camping to the woods, packing homemade foods or going to cheap hostels, now it seems like almost everyone can buy a vacation by the sea, taking a plane, staying in a hotel with breakfast and dinner, tourist resorts and attractions are packed, it's no longer the relax and some kind of luxury but almost like the basic right for everyone where you have to fight to catch the ticket, come early to be able to get somewhere at all, then squeeze through crowds.. In Europe, it doesn't seem like people can't afford vacations at all. Everything is insanely overcrowded and all those people don't really look rich.
