Love is giving your time and a part of yourself to loved ones, it is presence, someone who makes u laugh when you have nothing that makes u laugh, it is motivation, compassion and understanding, love is patience, compromise, unconditional.

I think (generally speaking) at its most basic, love is a feeling of deep affection, but I don't think that is what you are really asking.
Showing that love is how we each define our love for another and it varies from person to person and we show that love for our spouse/partner differently than we do our children or parents, siblings, etc. Again, I don't think that's what you are asking... it's more how we communicate our love in a language that the person (spouse/parent, etc.) understands and can accept it as real, meaningful to them and enough for them. That's the tricky part... the hard part to understand and why it is so difficult to not just give love, but to give it in a way that is felt by the person you love.
It's hard, it requires thought, selflessness and maybe most of all, communication. It's also a two way street. Too often both parties fail at showing their love for the other in a language the other feels, can touch, taste and understand. Honestly, I sometimes wonder how any love relationship works.

Love is a choice you make when you can finally say that pain matters more than pleasure.

Many types I guess but they always involves an “intense feeling of deep affection." 😊

Some have an abundance of love and they throw it away for selfish pleasure, and actually, lack of self-love. Looking to find out who they are...
Get the fuck over yourself! Grow up, and realize that loving those that love and need you, IS FREEDOM! 💔🙄😖🤷♀️
Sorry, I digress. 👀🤭❤️

Ya, that’s what pretty much it is. It depends on whether one wants to do it or not 🤷♀️ Love is sacrifice

Like happiness, love is a choice we make. It comes from the inside, not the outside.

There is no greater love than when a man lays down his life for his friends.
Love is the willingness to put the concerns of others before the concerns of ourselves. Love as a parent is making sure your kids have the necessities in life before indulging yourself. Love in the case of marriage or relationship works best when both partners are willing to be considerate of the needs of their other partner.

Love is a verb.
It is in every detail of the act and intention we hold towards a person, place, situation.
