Let's say you work late nights at a gas station..a guy (23) walks in. He won't pay for anything, looks a little nervous and asks for the bathroom.

But the rules at your job are no one can use the restroom unless they buy something first. Would you break the rule?

I would have a difficult time denying anyone the use of a bathroom. However, if I thought he was intending to vandalize or use it as a drug cave I would send him down the road.

I'd let him use the bathroom. The rule is a stupid rule. Some people have issues which make bathroom use urgent. I'd rather let them use it than have them shit themselves.
