In United States labor law, at-will employment is an employer's ability to dismiss an employee for any reason, and without warning, as long as the reason is not illegal. When an employee is acknowledged as being hired "at will", courts deny the employee any claim for loss resulting from the dismissal.

@Carazaa if you lost your job i am truly sorry for that. hopefully there will be a better paying one. i understand that as i have also been there. make a good resume and lots of them and take them to each place ya want to work and i hope that you find what you need. in pay and satisfaction of job. working for a job ya dont like kinda sucks. so best to ya and read the contract they hand you . once ya sign it you are stuck with it.

{@theunderdogofny] by terminate you i assume you do not kill you 😆. it depends on firms and there stance on vacination . they have tried it here in the united kingdom to force health service employees to get it mandatory or the manager will take disciplinary action . our government has back down on this . it would be a minefield trying to force somebody take one or the will be dismissed. they would take there firm to an industrial tribunal .personally i think you should get the vaccinastion but that is your freedom of choice not too and would be difficult to enforce your work force to do so
In my country there are no right to work laws. And being a known public health hazard violates health and workplace safety laws.
