IDK where you live, but in the northeastern US, killing deer is unfortunately necessary to preventing them from overpopulating, eating too much shrubbery, and then starving out as a result. However, I'm given to understand that humans deliberately create habitat for deer in order to shoot them, which kinda defeats that alleged purpose. Animal agriculture, however, is even more unconscionable; for the vast majority of us here in the developed world, it's wholely unnecessary, inhumane, and awful for the environment. We need to stop eating animals insofar as is practicable, or pay dearly for our arrogance and cruelty.
