If the stress is too great, I implore you to look elsewhere. Don't feel guilty for something you didn't do. Companies, businesses and corporations will lay you off in a heartbeat to increase/preserve their profits. They're neither loyal nor have integrity to you. I was at a company that from one side of the mouth told us one thing, then from the other side of the mouth told two hundred employees we were laid off as they left town practically overnight. Those well paying jobs were gone and so were two hundred families out of work. Just watch out for your corporation of Deluxed whose stakeholders are family members who demand profit as well. Just start looking for another job.
