Why do hermits live longer than outgoing people?

If so possibly less exposure to disease and stress?
Maybe less dangerous outing and social bad habits like drinking?
Maybe the most calm and careful people would tend to fall more often into the hermit category.
Calm, careful and outgoing dosen't go together as much.
