This is about an embalmer in a very dangerous place, and there's you know owing to his job, it doesn't hold back, showing everything, like Brakhage's morgue movie The Act of Seeing With One's Own Eyes, but Stan in that one blurred the faces to retain a little bit of dignity to the deceased.
