I really don't understand how people watch gamers live streams

I usually watch the highlights on YouTube but some people sometimes never post those and expect you to watch the full thing.

25 god damn minutes and the girl is just talking and talking and talking, she is missing with audio settings and reading chat messages and gifted subs.

Ok the game started, finally hollow knight silk song, here we fucking go.
Aaaaaaand she talking again, some dickface asked about the previous game and she 40 god damn minutes dumping full lore and arguing and discussing with chat about little details.

And I at that moment I just gave up and left.

My 7 year old Niece and 9 year old Nephew love watching Minecraft gamer stuff on youtube. At first, it kept them quite so I didn't mind. But when ever they weren't watching the fought constantly and saying things no one their age should say. So when they visit for the school holidays I told them it wasn't good for them and to watch something else. They have stopped fighting.
