Any one knows why those cringy YouTube thumbnail works?
Why always the trending YouTube videos are like this? If you go to YouTube Trending page right now (besides the sports and music video) this is what you gonna get. Dumb ugly painfully cringy awkward looking faces.

You are NOT kidding. What I do is click, "Do not recommend this channel".
OH my favorite ones say things like "If you say this one word, it will have this huge effect" (just as a hypothetical title) but then the video is over an hour long? Couldn't the video be like only two minutes?
H3LL the video most likely never even reveals that magic word. "Do not recommend this channel".
But the reason those thumbnails work - it appeals to uneducated people.
