For a long time now YouTube has had an upvote thumb, and (although recently made almost useless) a downvote thumb.

I would like to start a movement to attempt to convince YouTube to introduce the 'MEH' thumb to indicate apathy towards a subject or video.

I don't particularly like it, nor do I really hate it, I'm just kind of indifferent but I'm at least acknowledging I watched it.

For example.

YouTube - "Watch the trailer for the newest blockbuster Star Wars film!!!"

Me - "Frankly I'm done caring" (votes 'meh')

Who is with me?! 馃槂馃コ

I mean, I'll sign it. I'm still mad about the fact that the thumbs down button is now useless. They don't tell you how many people have disliked a video, because they're scared that will make people not want to watch it. But isn't that the point of giving something a thumbs down?

@LordShadowfire Though they claimed it was to protect smaller channels we all know it was to prevent negative feedback for multi-national media corporations.
@Whodunnit Everything those bastards do is to protect multinational media corporations. They deleted a fair use video I made. It was an animation set to the tune of the Beatles' "Maxwell's Silver Hammer". I spent at least as much time animating it as the Beatles spent rehearsing and recording the song. Did the record company care? Did YouTube care? Nope. Down it went.
