Is this illegal

I was watching Cinnamon Toast Ken on YouTube. This one episode they reacted to kind of got me curious. The episode is about these parent's they didn't get their kids vaccinated to anything at all. They are not going to send the kid's to school not even going to teach them math or reading. The kid's pretty much do what ever they want to.

I don't know whether it is illegal, but not educating your children in basics shows absolutely no care for tye children or their future.

@Zeusdelight they didn't even give the kids shoes at all? They didn't have any toys that I could see. But they do spend all their time out doors. Kind of odd the mother was still breastfeeding the oldest he had to be 7 or 8 year's old.
