Does he loves me?

I dont know what is our real status. Two years ago i met him in one dating site. Honestly, i don't like him because his age is too far from my age... I am 18 years older than him... in fact for many times I've been deleting his messages to me. But even I, didn't understand why we stay chatting until now. When i asked him if he loves me, he says "he loves me from my heart"... But for two years, he never call me, in voice call or video call. I can only see his photos but never in cam. He showed he care for me. But i cannot hold unto it... I don't k ow if he is real or fake. I deleted him in my account but his message goes to my email inbox. I am already confused. So, can i ask anyone if this man really like me or love me? He is a French man.
