Under New York state laws, there is no required notice before the landlord enters the leased premises for maintenance or repairs, emergency situations, or prospective showings.

I am not sure of the laws there, but the homeowner probably has an accessibility clause in your lease. Denying the photographer access will likely lead to your eviction.

@TexChik Eviction or request to vacate because I don’t even care what the law says they can request I move and I’ll move I’m just going to refuse them entry.
