You'll probably have to prove damage that cost you money to fix. Like maybe some damage to the lawn or valuable plants. Plus provide proof of him causing it and proof of how much it cost to repair it. Probably more trouble than it's worth. But you could place a video camera in your backyard in case he does it again.
