My mean neighbor urinated in my yard. Can I sue? [I Used to Prefer Yahoo Answers]

I looked this up ... and probably not. You can probably file a complaint for indecent exposure, but I wouldn't expect a team of detectives to respond.

I saw that cougar urine might scare off cats (but don't try to collect it yourself!) ... so maybe urine from the Jolly Green Giant?
