She has no case. No way Disney lawyers are going to lose to whatever hack she found to file this lawsuit. Her contract has clauses that she could be fired for basically whatever reason Disney wants, including "making the parent company look bad". Thats what she did and got the boot.

I am sure Disney won't even send their 3rd best legal team to get this case dismissed.
