How to tell her I don’t like her?

Long story short, I have been in a toxic friend relationship for my whole life. I really don’t like her she is a terrible person to me. I am trying to be a better person and she is holding me back. I am always compared to her. I have tried to get out of this relationship but my birth giver will never let me. What should I do, what should I say to her and my birth giver?

I'd say it straight exactly as you've said it here.
Your birth giver (biological mother?) can have her feelings about it, but she has no right to determine who you choose to be close to.
Hopefully, in time, she'll come to understand and accept your choice.

Don't say anything Ghost Her. When she calls make up an excuse and end the call. Give Her a reason to be angry with you. Make her think she ended the relationship without saying anything at all.
