Just like Facebook and Instagram, the world would be a better place without such big platforms owned by authoritarian/elitists towards controlling the narratives and poisoning democracy with misinformation. In this case it's slightly worse, because at least Instagram and Facebook that I know of don't try to conceal actual malware in their apps.

Seems pretty childish to me.

I don't know it enough to be able to tell but from what I've seen that leaked to other social media sites I would say it's targeted at the very influenceable individuals. Possibly mostly at kids.

Yeah a bit new-age. I wouldn't want to reduce my attention span. I've worked on increasing my patience all my life, so it'd be a shame having it ruined by something so meaningless.
