Can someone please explain why i keep seeing black girls on tiktok wearing shower caps.

@SevenTierCrazyCake it's actually pretty common seeing black girls with head wraps.
Their hair is a lot more textured and more difficult to care for so the head wrap makes life easier. I know one of my friends sometimes sleeps with one on to keep it in place and less frizzy or sometimes following an oil treatment. I should probably do the same but I need to let my hair breathe too lol.

@SevenTierCrazyCake It just keeps your hair in place and from getting all messed up when you sleep. Like if it's been straightened or wrapped etc.
