What if she really was abused? Is she supposed to keep it all hidden deep inside?
Should she be removed for telling the truth?

I have no idea what your conversation was like so just looking at it from the outside. Would an admin be able to tell if this user was really abused or not? Sometimes abuse comes in different flavours not easily detectable.
Lies in this forum, like everywhere these days, is rampant in social media. Look at "Truth Social".

People who grew up with abuse often consider it normal because they don't know any different. It is a symptom of the abuse.

If you mean she was fetishizing it or normalizing it in a harmful way, that's different.
