Keep it simple though.

Your photo is in the "posted images" photo album, which only you can see. Unless you make a PM, post, comment or reply with photo(s).

You currently have one user-defined photo album. Yet there is no photos in it

Have you never been able to delete any photos? A limitation to how many you can delete within a certain time is pretty common, but the first one should generally work. And could it be that you did indeed upload the same photo before? In that case you can pick it from your albums to insert instead of uploading again.

SW'S Help/FAQ link is at the bottom of all posts if you scroll down far enough. There is a sidebar that lists photos as a topic. One thing you can always try is to write directly to Andrew or Nuno, two or our admins. They don't always write back, but sometimes they do.

There really is no method to the madness here, I just sort of jumped in and winged it for awhile. It's working for me but I'm sorry I can't be of more help
